School to Home Communication

Partner Organizations may find the need to request electronic distribution of timely information to the community through the Avon School eAlert Notification System. It is a simple and rapid way to keep the community informed about events and other timely information.
 
Content distribution may be requested in any one of, or a combination of the following formats:
  • Homepage Announcement
  • eBackpack Posting
  • School Calendar Posting
  • Broadcast eAlert (electronic Alert)

In order to facilitate the process, I respectfully ask that partner organizations agree to submit communication request to calbrizio@avonschool.com and following the format(s) identified below:

Homepage Announcements: (posted on School homepage)
  • Announcement Title
  • Date (range)
  • Text - with optional hyperlink to web address or PDF Promo Flyer (attached to email)
eBackpack Posting: (posted eBackpack)
  • PDF - Information Flyer (attached)
  • Information Title
  • Date (range)
School Calendar Posting(posted to District Calendar)
  • Event Title
  • Date (range)
  • Text - with optional hyperlink to web address or PDF Promo Flyer (attached to email)
  • Brief description of details
Broadcast Alert (electronic Alert to entire community)
  • Subject
